TRANSACTION AID PACKS  (TAP)
TAP-C: Condition Information Pack (HCR), Drainage, Dampness, Cracks & Utilities for sellers/landlords
TAP-S: Safety Pack & health check( HHS), Contaminants, Fire Risks & Notices for buyers/tenants

All domestic assembly packs and transaction aid packs will require the assessor to identify new energy improvements, drawings and offer a written report.
