We respond to several groups (see beige backgrounds) who are free to request the services.
This diagram displays the free requests from prospects using Blue arrows. Also the red arrows show donated or quoted services.
The Black arrows show our internal processes to move between our operations.
Pink arrows will apply where the services are subsidised or if any other free options exist.
