Services Brochures
Shortcuts are offered on the right hand side under the yellow buttons to offer free requests. Shortcuts are also offered at the top using five pink buttons describing our free brochures. The brochure codes can be found at the start of each service title and may be used on the contact form to request brochures and/or free quotations. We employ multidisciplinary chartered engineers who visit sites, collect data, certify and sign the certificates. Our professional office staff will subsequently prepare and issue certificates, graphics packs, rental agreements. We are a non-profit organisation and our prices will reflect this concept.
Focus on Services
For residential tenants we offer short residential rentals to tenants (upto 4 weeks)as a free service and this may result in orders for shorthold tenancy agreements (4-26 weeks) with free tenancy documents & deposit protection. We arrange the viewing of premises and show the certificates. We may also offer a subsidised deposit booster for the initial tenancy period. When theagreement ends it can be extended.
For residential or their buy-to let landlords including DIY Sellers /Buyers we offer free Information meetings, assessments for (EPC) and Image Video. We advertise, free in the Internet and guarantee the tenant rent deposit. We deliver certificates & documents within 7 workdays of order to facilitate our rental advertising. In addition 360SpinVideo, Floor Plans (QMARK), electrical Inventory (PAT) , GasSafe, Condition (HCR) and Housing Health & Safety (HHS), Fire risk assessment, Fire escape & access reports can be optionally quoted and delivered within 14 days after the order.
Our contribution to boost tenants deposits are offered for furnished rentals or management for landlords. At the end of initial 6 month tenancy, tenants will have an option to extend and pay their own full deposit.
Our Rental advertising for landlords will apply unless they decide to cancel or switch. Our terms will ask for reimbursing us in such an event.

We quote and assemble our Domestic Assessment Pack (DAP) with above and searches or local amenities pack for DIY sellers or buyers. Also we produce CAD Drawings with intergrated VIDEO for agents. The deliveries are made to the order address and/or sent to Solicitors on request
For Businesses, we quote the cost of transaction aid packs (TAP) and prepare it within 28 days. An (EPC) or Display Energy Certificate (DEC) is delivered with an inspection report on Spaces, Contaminants, Fire access, (PAT) & (PIT), Air Conditioning and Structures on the basis of drawings while assembling the TAP.
We undertake (CIBSE) add-on works and pre-commitment reports for structural analysis (IStructE), low zero carbon emission (CIBSE) consultancy, building regulation (BS) compliance or safety analysis (HSE) at cost for builders, developers and insurance companies. Time scale is within 35 days after order.
