Service Operations
Shortcuts are offered on the top under the five pink buttons to offer free brochures. The brochure codes can be found at the start of each service title and may be used on the contact form to request brochures and/or free quotations. Shortcuts are offered using two yellow buttons to describe subsidies and availability. We employ assessors or chartered engineers who visit sites, collect data, certify and show the data documents. Our professional office staff can subsequently prepare and issue legal certificates, recommendations, rental & tenancy documents with our quality control signatures.
Focus on Services
For rental landlords we offer free Information and assessment visits for (EPC) .We advertise free photos on the web and issue the legal rental documents. We deliver at cost EPC certificates & documents within 4 workdays of order to facilitate our rental advertising. Also we accept doorstep donations. In addition we quote and offer Floor Plans (QMAR), electrical Inventory and certificate(PAT) , GasSafe Certificates (GSC), Housing Health & Safety (HHS or HHSRS), Fire risk assessment /Fire escape/ Fireaccess (FSP) Packs, Condition report (HCR), Services are delivered by arrangement for all orders within 14 days after the order.
For rental tenants we issue legal tenancy documents. We shortlet residential rooms (upto 4 weeks). This can be upgraded to shorthold tenancy agreements (4-26 weeks) with subsidised deposit protection. Also we arrange the viewing of premises and show the certificates. We offer subsidised deposit booster and/or 360SpinVideos for the initial tenancy period. Shorthold agreements can be extended beyond 26 weeks.
For commercial site managers, we quote the cost for our Standard Transaction Aid Packs (TAP) which consists of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Display Energy Certificate (DEC) with update drawings AD for SpacePlans, Contaminants & Fire access. In addition, we can quote and issue inventory check lists, Air-Cond inspection reports (ACR), (PIT/ PAT) electrical wiring & devices and (HSE) certificates.
Our Energy Certificate is arranged for delivery to the order address and sent to solicitors, if requested. Also we produce FloorPlans/ Drawings (QMAR), Domestic (EPC) Energy certificates, Photographs for sales and/or letting agents. If the above is requested together, we will quote for our standard Assessment Packs (DAP) and update invalid energy certificates if any.
For franchises, we offer training and administrative support for utilising the technologies for preparing Specialist Videos to consultants and/or Low Carbon emission Studies to engineers. The franchises are allocated nationally based on dedicated postal zones. Please ring us for a list of available zones.

Our terms will specify the conditions of reimbursments for canceling or switching.
Our contribution to boost tenants deposits are offered initially for furnished room rentals only. After a 6 month period, tenants can extend and finance the deposit.
