TVA : Technical Verification Authorisation of proposed tenancy and existing certificates for tenants
FTA : Formal Tenancy Agreements (charitable for tenants who agree the deposit and rent)
TMA : Termination, Renewal or Modification Agreements for existing tenants as per tenancy law.
Our short-lets are prepared to last 1-6 months and may can be extended for a maximum of six months. The shorthold tenancy is prepared for 6-12 months and may be extended for upto two years. Web image/video viewing for prospective tenants and advertising landlords will be free.
