Rents are for UK furnished or unfurnished premises. Rent does not cover food, meals, personal clothing, bed linen, towels, cleaner service, phones, travel costs, laundry, ironing, inspection charges, gardener service, occupier insurances, disposal costs, breakages, damages, agreed repairs or any other items that is excluded.

All premises and landlords are local and checked by us for energy, comfort, safety and compliance. The shortlet premises are available for rentals (min 4 week - max 24 weeks) and shorthold from 6 months. An existing rental can be extended for renewal up to 1 year for shortlet premises and during 2 years for shorthold premises. The holiday let rentals for furnished rooms are normally available for 7 to 28 days.

Tenants can click on an ID to see the magnified photo or specify it, to see the movie. A flash player must be installed for this option. A spin video may be available from us if it is commissioned by landlord. A media player must be installed in your computer. Please login as tenant and ring us if you need IT support.
