All premises and landlords are local and checked by us for energy, comfort, safety and compliance. The shortlet premises are available for rentals (min 4 week - max 26 weeks), Only a shorthold rental can be extended for renewal up to 1 year for shorthold premises in 6month blocks. The holiday let rentals for furnished rooms are normally available for 7 to 28 days. All photos have been taken by us.

Logged-in tenants can click on ID or specify it, to see tour 360spinvideo option. A spin video will be available to tenants if it is commissioned by landlord. Rents are for UK furnished or unfurnished premises. Rent does not cover food, meals, personal clothing, bed linen, towels, cleaner service, phones, travel costs, laundry, ironing, inspection charges, gardener service, occupier insurances, disposal costs, breakages, damages, agreed repairs or any other items that is excluded.
