PUR : Premises User Report with Condition, Safety and Contaminants to RICS and HSE guides .

BRR : Building Regulations Reports to BS including all approval documents (AD) for premises

SSR : Structural stability and Subsidence Reports in existing premises as per IStructE guidelines

LCC : Low & Zero Carbon Reports as per CIBSE and implementation by Low Carbon Consultant.

Quotations and work descriptions will be sent after we verify an EPC or DEC first during our visit. 

Discounts will be applied if our "add-on works" and/or "electrical inspection" certificates are valid. Our reports will be signed by chartered engineers who will take responsibility for the calculations.
