PUR : Premises User Reports with Condition, Safety and Contaminants to RICS for improvements.

BRR : Building Regulations Reports to BS including all approval documents (AD) for improvements

SSR : Structural Stability and Subsidence Reports in existing premises as per IStructE repair guides

LCC : Low & Zero Carbon Reports for utilisation of solar energy and project supervision.as per CIBSE.

Quotations and work descriptions will be sent after we verify EPC or DEC and HHSRS during our visit.  Discounts on above reports will apply if our "EPC" with "PIT and PAT or HHSRS" certificates DAP/TAP are completed within last 6 months. Our reports will be signed by responsible chartered engineers.
