Brochures on non-domestic certificates will be sent to businesses or commercial estate agents

EPC-ND : Energy Performance Certificates for Non-Domestic premises to CLG guides
DEC-ND : Display Energy Certificates in Public Non-Domestic premises as per CLG guidelines
PAT -ND : Periodic Appliance Test certificates in Non-Domestic premises to meet IET guidelines
PIT - ND : Periodic Inspection & Testing Report in single and three phase Wiring to (IEE 17th)
ACR-ND : Air Conditioning Inspection Report for energy efficiency and refrigeration safety operations

CLG Guide requires recommendations with EPC-ND or DEC-ND certificate from the NDE Assessor. An Airconditioning inspection report can be commissioned to this if necessary including refrigerant and /or electrical safety. All certificates will be issued by competant engineers. Quotations will be sent to site managers in businesses or their commercial estate agents.
