EPC-ND : Energy Performance Certificates, Video CD for Non-Domestic premises to CLG guides
DEC-ND : Display Energy Certificates in Public Non-Domestic premises as per CLG guidelines
PAT -ND : Periodic Appliance Test certificates in Non-Domestic premises to meet IET guidelines
PIT - ND : Periodic Inspection & Testing certificates in single and three phase Wiring to (IEE 17th)
CLG Guide requires recommendations with EPC-ND and also Airconditioning efficiency reports.
Certificates will be issued by competant and authorised inspectors. Quotations will be sent to landlords, facility managers in small businesses or commercial agents.
