PEA-DP : Predicted Energy Assessment, Acoustic, Thermal & Consumption to CIBSE Guides
CLG guide specifies an advisory report for each issue and registration of the EPC or PEA. If the domestic premises is for rent, sale or auction an EPC or PEA must be legally accompanied by a HIP pack according to the CLG. HIP is offered in our list of Standard Legal Packs.
