Brochures on certifictes will be sent to landlords or residential estate agents

EPC-DP : Energy Performance Certificate, Video CD for domestic premises to CLG Guides
SFD-DP : Signed Floor-Plan Drawings for domestic premises to QMARK RICS practice
DSC-DP : Domestic Safety Certificates to HHSRS, IET, GasSafe as per engineering Documents
PEA-DP : Professional Energy Assessment , Acoustic, Thermal & Ventilation as per CIBSE.

CLG guide specifies an advisory report for each issue and registration of the EPC. If the domestic premises is for rent an EPC must be done according to the latest CLG Guide. Certificates will be issued by a competant assessor and will carry a grading with no pass or fail.
